For all new guests:  If your plans change and you cannot attend your planned trip, no problem.  We will sell your room or we will purchase it from you.  Simple.  

Do you want to arrive early or leave late from your vacation?  No problem.  We will work to get you amazing hotel deals and so much more.  We work with highly rated excursion groups and will make sure your time is well spent.

Are you no longer able to take part in your trip?  For those that have not booked with Academy Travel and using our Room Reassurance Pact Program, we will be happy to help try to sell your room.  Looking for a room?  This is the place to look for those last mintue trips.

Protect your investment.  Be sure to grab travel insurance before your trip.  We work with AIG/Travel Guard to provide you with unmatched protection.  And unlike other companies, if yu need to use the insurance, we are there every step of the the way.

Not ready to try traveling solo just yet?  We will do our best to match you up with other guests on the same trip.  We wont just point you to a Facebook page and say go...we will work to make sure you have a roommate that you'll enjoy your vacation with.
